Availability: The DevBase runtime and production API are not yet deployed. This page describes the committed v1 contract for integration planning; requests to the API URL will not succeed until the runtime is released.

Create an upload intent with the mini-app’s declared MIME, size, input-count, and retention constraints. The response contains a short-lived presigned upload URL and required headers. Upload the bytes, then call CompleteArtifactUpload; DevBase verifies object existence, size, and SHA-256 before marking the Artifact available.

Upload URLs are valid for 15 minutes and download URLs for 5 minutes. A caller may request shorter retention, never longer than the mini-app maximum. Expired and explicitly deleted objects are removed. Deleting a Job removes its owned request/result objects but does not remove reusable caller-owned input Artifacts.
