Usage and billing visibility

Availability: The DevBase runtime and production API are not yet deployed. This page describes the committed v1 contract for integration planning; requests to the API URL will not succeed until the runtime is released.

API-key callers may use the public resource APIs but cannot issue or revoke API keys, view Delcore balances, inspect charged usage, or access customer audit history. Those are authenticated console boundaries.

Owners and admins may view charged usage and Delcore blocking state. Members may inspect non-monetary usage but must not receive billing data. Externally visible charges are exact signed USD millionths; internal Delcore credits are never exposed.

Usage is recorded durably before paid results and terminal webhooks become visible. Actual validated consumption may be recorded for failed or canceled work; validation failures and cancellation before execution consume zero.
